  • Hilexa Code of Conduct or User Guidelines Welcome to Hilexa, your trusted platform for discovering and booking hotels, resorts, flights, trains, buses, cabs, bikes, and adventure activities across India. To ensure a safe, respectful, and seamless experience for all users and hosts, we’ve created this Code of Conduct. By using Hilexa’s website or mobile app, you agree to follow these guidelines at all times.
  • Respectful Behavior We expect all users to treat each other, our hosts, and our customer support team with courtesy and respect. Use professional and nonoffensive language. Do not harass, threaten, or abuse anyone on or off the platform. Avoid any form of discrimination based on gender, race, religion, caste, or nationality.
  • Genuine Bookings Only Hilexa is a realtime platform, and we expect every booking to be made in good faith. Do not make test, fraudulent, or fake bookings. Ensure that the information you provide (name, contact, ID, etc.) is accurate and authentic. Cancellation and noshow abuse will result in account restrictions.
  • Respect Property Rules Each hotel, cab, or experience provider on Hilexa may have their own set of policies and rules. Always read and follow the property’s specific policies (checkin time, smoking rules, guest limits, etc.). Treat the property with care and leave it in the same condition as you found it. Misuse or damage to any property may result in charges or blacklisting.
  • Responsible Usage of Transport Services For users booking cabs, bike rentals, or airport transfers : Be punctual and cooperative with the assigned driver or partner. Wear seatbelts and helmets where required. Avoid misuse, overloading, or any illegal activity during the ride.
  • Honest Reviews & Feedback We value your feedback and use it to improve our platform. But we also ask for fairness and honesty. Leave reviews based on your actual experience. Do not post misleading, defamatory, or promotional content. Personal attacks or false claims will be removed and may lead to account penalties.
  • No Misuse of Platform Help us keep Hilexa safe and functional for everyone. Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with our systems. Do not post or upload any malicious software, spam, or harmful content. Do not use Hilexa to promote illegal services or thirdparty links without approval.
  • Identity Verification & Documentation To maintain the integrity and security of bookings : Carry valid ID proof during checkin or while availing transport services. Do not submit forged or outdated documents on the platform. Hilexa reserves the right to request identity verification when necessary.
  • Communication with Support Team We’re here to help—but we expect users to engage responsibly : Be polite, clear, and concise when reaching out to our support team. Refrain from abuse, threats, or manipulation to get unfair advantages.
  • Consequences of Violations If a user violates our Code of Conduct, the following actions may be taken : Warning or account temporary suspension, Permanent account ban, Legal action (in severe cases like fraud or property damage), Loss of refunds or booking privileges.
  • Reporting Misconduct If you face harassment, fraud, or rulebreaking on our platform : Contact our team immediately via email: support@hilexa.com Provide clear evidence (screenshots, emails, booking ID). We investigate all reports seriously and confidentially.
