Our Cacellation Policy

  • At Hilexa we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring smooth travel experiences for all our customers. Please review our guidelines below before making any cancellations or modifications to your booking.
  • Cancellation Timeframe & Refund Policy : Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of Booking Enjoy a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking, provided your trip is at least 7 days away. Cancellations 30+ Days Before Departure Full refund minus a small administrative fee. Some tours and accommodations may be nonrefundable (see specific booking details). Cancellations 15-29 Days Before Departure 50% refund of the total booking amount, The remaining amount can be credited for future bookings. Cancellations Less Than 15 Days Before Departure No refunds available. Some exceptions may apply for medical emergencies proof required.
  • NonRefundable & Partially Refundable Bookings : Certain bookings, such as discounted packages, lastminute deals, and partneroperated services, may have strict cancellation policies. These details are outlined in the terms at the time of booking.
  • Modifications & Rescheduling : Date changes are free of charge if made at least 15 days in advance, subject to availability. Modifications within 14 days of departure may incur additional fees.
  • How to Cancel Your Booking : To cancel your booking, follow these steps : Log in to your Hilexa Travel account. Go to My Bookings and select the trip you want to cancel. Click on Cancel Booking and follow the instructions. You will receive a confirmation email regarding the refund status within 2-3 working days. Alternatively, you can contact our 24/7 customer support team via email or phone.
  • Travel Insurance & Special Circumstances : We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations. In cases of extreme weather, government restrictions, or emergencies, we may offer alternative travel dates or credits instead of refunds.
