  • Hilexa Partnership Policies and Terms & Conditions : Welcome to Hilexa. These Partnership Policies and Terms & Conditions govern the listing of properties and services on our platform. By entering into a partnership agreement with Hilexa, you agree to comply with these terms, ensuring a seamless and professional collaboration.
  • Eligibility : To become a partner, you must : Be at least 18 years old. Own or have legal authorization to list the property or service. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your listings.
  • Listing Guidelines : All listings must be clear, truthful, and not misleading. Properties must meet legal and safety standards. Services offered must comply with all applicable regulations. Listings should include high-quality images and detailed descriptions. Any changes to availability, pricing, or features must be updated promptly.
  • Payment & Commission : Partners agree to the commission structure as outlined in their partnership agreement with Hilexa. Payments will be processed as per the agreed schedule. Any disputes regarding payments must be raised within 7 days of transaction completion.
  • Compliance & Legal Obligations : Partners are responsible for ensuring their listings comply with local laws and industry standards. Any permits or licenses required for offering properties or services must be obtained by the partner. Hilexa reserves the right to remove any listings that violate regulations or our policies.
  • Content Rights & Usage : By listing on our platform, you grant Hilexa the right to use images and descriptions for marketing purposes. You must not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Termination & Suspension : Hilexa reserves the right to remove listings or terminate partnerships for violations of these terms. Partners may terminate their agreement with 30 days notice in writing.
  • Limitation of Liability : Hilexa acts as a listing platform and is not liable for disputes between partners and customers. Any claims related to services or properties must be resolved directly between the partner and the customer.
  • Amendments & Updates : Hilexa may update these terms from time to time. Partners will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
  • Governing Law & Dispute Resolution : These terms shall be governed by the laws of India Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in the designated jurisdiction.
  • By listing your property or service on Hilexa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
