Booking Policy

  • At Hilexa we strive to provide a seamless and hasslefree booking experience for our valued travellers. Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth process.
  • Reservation Process : All bookings must be made through our official website mobile app or authorized partners. To secure your booking provide accurate details including name contact information and payment details.You will receive a confirmation email or SMS upon successful booking.
  • Payment & Pricing Prices are displayed in INR ₹ and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards UPI, digital wallets and bank transfers. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation & Refunds : Free cancellation is available within 24 hours/days of booking. After this period cancellation fees may apply.Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2-3 business days to the original payment method. No Show or lastminute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
  • Rescheduling & Modifications : You can modify your booking up to 15 days before the scheduled date subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for rescheduling or upgrading services.
  • Check-in & Arrival : Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled booking time. A valid ID may be required for verification at Check-in.
  • No Show Policy : If you fail to show up without prior notice your booking may be marked as a No Show and refunds may not be issued.
  • Special Requests & Accessibility : We strive to accommodate special requests (dietary accessibility etc.) but they are subject to availability. Please inform us in advance for any specific requirements.
